Penningtons Outlet at penningtonsshop.com grants 60 days from delivery to initiate returns. As authorized reseller, we fund free return postage; no restocking fee applies.

Upon warehouse receipt of unworn 12–32 size apparel, we issue refund in USD within 5–10 days to original payment. Lingerie and hygiene-sensitive activewear require unopened seals.

Full-price and 70% off outlet goods share the same 60-day cover. If an item is faulty, penningtonsshop.com prioritizes replacement before refund.
